I just had a full service wash and the car is amazingly clean! They pay close attention and were nice to interact with. This is a classy car wash and I’ll be back - even though Allston is out of the way!

I paid $50, yet had to push them to clean big clear removable marks on the exterior. About the interior don’t even ask. Mainly a superficial vacuum. Just see the pictures to see the visible dust and stains. Pics taken right after the service.

Great car Wash. They are one of the few who will do a full service wash like they offered before COVID. They will vacuum inside and wipe down windows etc in addition to providing the automatic car wash. It was quite busy. Lots of staff to handle every aspect of it. They worked very hard today in 90° weather. Did a great job.

The car wash service was decent, but I found some spots that were missed. They did a good job on the exterior, but I expected a bit more attention to detail inside. Might come back, but I'll double-check next time.

I have been coming here for over 20 years, and this is the first time EVER that I am so dissatisfied that I will not return. The crew they used to have was fast and efficient. Today, I waited an hour in line with only 7 cars in front of me. Once I got out of the car (and was 1st in line) no one even started vacuuming for 9 minutes! The, the vacuuming took close to 15 minutes. Im STILL standing here waiting (going on 2 hours). The previous workers were top notch, fast, kind, and all around good workers. Today, no one even smiled, they were extremely slow, not detail oriented, and I was all around disappointed. I just got in the car and only one side was cleaned inside. I also requested coconut scent in no scent was put in either. This place used to be amazing. Since September it has gone downhill. Sad. I took pictures as well
